EXTERIOR
Draped in a coat of Alpine white paint this M4 GTS look every bit the track inspired machine that it was designated to be. Aerodynamics are clearly a focus with a deep front carbon spoiler extended and accentuated further by an adjustable orange splitter. Rear downforce is provided by the unmissable rear bolt on wing, also adjustable.

Carbon tech makes a further visible appearance on the roof section to help lower weight and improve handling along with the bonnet and tailgate, again carbon but this time hidden with a thin layer of paint.

The combination of glossy carbon, Alpine white and orange accents and wheels looks spectacular, all of which, needless to say present as new.

INTERIOR
Much like the exterior, the cabin is all about weight-saving measures. Bucket seats are wrapped in Leather and Alcantara for maximum grip. The centre console is unique to the M4 GTS, featuring an asymmetrical design and weighing around 30 percent less compared to the standard component.

The rear seats have been removed altogether allowing for a roll cage and a fire extinguisher behind the front seats.

The door panels have also been redesigned with lightness in mind. The conventional door handles have been replaced with motorsport-style pull loops, while Alcantara inserts are limited to the armrests only. BMW says door panel weight has been cut in half compared to the standard unit.

Everyday comforts are still present in the form of Bluetooth, Internet prep, DAB, parking sensors and satellite navigation.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The power unit found in the GTS is the same twin-turbo, 3.0-liter, inline-six found in the regular M4, but output has been increased to 493 bhp and 443ftlbs.

In addition it brings water injection to a road going production car. The system injects water directly into the plenums of the intake manifold, where it is vaporised, resulting in a lower compression temperature in the combustion chamber. The process allows the turbochargers to operate with increased boost pressure and better spark timing, which translates into more horsepower and torque.

WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The standard-fit wheels are forged, lightweight alloys measuring 19-inches on the front axle and 20-inches on the rear, with a distinctive Acid Orange accent. These are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 all round.

Brakes are M Carbon Ceramics sporting huge gold calipers.

HISTORY FILE
Supplied new on the 29/09/2016 this M4 GTS has covered minimal mileage and remains as new with the balance of its manufacture warranty, two keys and all owners books.
